iqvw64e.sys is a variant of iqvw64.sys, the legacy Intel Ethernet diagnostic driver from Intel's PROSet networking tools. Same driver, different build name. The same CVE-2015-2291 flaw applies: Intel patched it long ago, but the older signed binary still loads.

Most current Intel networking software no longer includes it. If you find it, look for an outdated Intel networking utility and update it.
