AsIO2.sys is the second-generation ASUS hardware-access driver in the Aura / Armoury Crate lineage, between the older AsIO and the newer AsIO3. Versions of it appear on the LOLDrivers list.

Its presence is common on systems with ASUS motherboards or peripherals running ASUS software from a few years ago. Updating Armoury Crate to the current release retires the older driver.
