AsIO.sys is the first-generation ASUS hardware-access driver, a predecessor to AsIO2 and AsIO3 used by ASUS's Aura and related suites. Versions of it appear on the LOLDrivers list.

It is common on systems with ASUS motherboards or peripherals running older ASUS software. Updating Armoury Crate to the current release retires it.
