EasyAntiCheat_EOS
EasyAntiCheat_EOS.exe is the Epic Online Services variant of Easy Anti-Cheat, the newer EAC build that integrates with EOS's cross-platform identity and matchmaking. Games built against the EOS SDK use this variant; older EAC integrations use the standalone EasyAntiCheat.exe (also curated).
Functionally it serves the same role as the standalone EAC service: a kernel driver that loads while a protected game is running, plus a user-mode component that handles cheat detection and cloud communication. The split between EAC and EAC_EOS exists because of integration choices made by individual game developers when they added Epic Online Services to their stack.
If you have a modern EOS-integrated game installed (newer Fortnite builds, The Finals, several recent Unreal Engine titles), the EOS variant is expected. The standalone EAC and the EOS variant can coexist on the same machine if multiple games use different integrations.
