agent64.sys (also seen as DrvAgent64.sys) is the kernel driver for DriverAgent, a commercial driver-update utility from eSupport.com, signed by Phoenix Technologies. The driver provides direct I/O and physical memory access so the updater can inventory the system's hardware.

It is on the public LOLDrivers list and in the SigmaHQ detection rules for vulnerable driver loads because that same physical memory access makes it usable as a BYOVD primitive. Not common on gaming PCs. If you find it and did not install a driver-update utility, investigate what placed it there.
